Lieven L. Litaer is: Your Klingon Teacher!

Lieven L. Litaer is a native of Belgium and grew up in Germany. He spoke four languages as a teenager - he now speaks nine: German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, Egyptian and of course Klingon. Through his interest in Star Trek and his penchant for languages, he learned Klingon in 1995 and quickly became a member of the official Klingon Language Institute (KLI) in the USA. He worked there as a beginners' supervisor in 2001, enabling many interested people to get started with Klingon. In 2019 he founded the German Klingon Institute.
